Job summary

Eating Recovery Center is seeking a Director of Revenue Cycle to provide strategic leadership over the end-to-end revenue cycle, from charge capture to patient collections, ensuring cash flow optimization and financial performance.

The role requires 8–10 years in healthcare AR, multi-site leadership, and a track record of reducing DSO and denials. The position is posted as remote with a hybrid schedule in Denver, requiring on-site presence 2–3 days weekly.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years healthcare accounts receivable experience.
• Multi-site healthcare revenue cycle leadership required.
• Experience reducing DSO, denials, and improving reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue cycle operations across billing, claims, payments, denials, and AR to maximize reimbursement.
• Monitor KPI performance, analyze cash, AR, and payer metrics; report to executives.
• Partner across Finance, Operations, IT, Clinical Services to remove barriers and improve outcomes.
• Drive process improvements to increase automation and clean claim performance.
• Build and coach a high-performing revenue cycle team with a focus on continuous improvement.
