Job summary

Piedmont Health Services, Inc. is seeking a PRN Revenue Cycle Manager Data Entry Specialist to accurately enter and maintain patient, insurance, charge, payment, and claim data within our EHR and practice management systems.

This role supports Revenue Cycle operations and the financial assistance workflows through precise data entry in the Epic Financial Assistance Module. Ideal candidates will have healthcare data entry experience, familiarity with Epic and FQHC workflows, and knowledge of

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
One year of healthcare data entry, registration, billing, or revenue cycle experience preferred.
Experience with Epic and FQHC workflows preferred.
Experience using Epic Financial Assistance/Charity Care Module described as a plus.
Knowledge of Sliding Fee Discount Program requirements desired.
Understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

Enter, update, and maintain patient, insurance, charge, payment, claim data in the EHR and practice management systems.
Support Revenue Cycle operations and patient financial assistance workflows through accurate data entry and maintenance of records in the Epic Financial Assistance Module.
