• Provides training and onboarding support; documents issues and follows up for resolution.
• Performs hands-on revenue cycle tasks (payment posting, queue follow-up, account research) with accuracy.
• Suggests new procedures to improve efficiency; maintains policy manuals and supports cross-functional relationships.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support departmental goals.
