Impact Advisors, LLC is seeking a Manager, Content Management to lead strategy, governance, and maintenance of Revenue Cycle Managed Services documentation across client engagements. This role oversees SRGs, SOPs, policies, job aids, and playbooks, ensuring accuracy and scalability.

You will collaborate with clients and operational leaders, build standardized templates, drive content lifecycle, and mentor a team of writers.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle operations, healthcare operations, training, content management, technical writing, process improvement, or related disciplines.
• Strong leadership, team management, or project leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience developing operational documentation, SOPs, process guides, job aids, and training materials.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the enterprise RCMS content management strategy.
• Oversee creation and maintenance of SRGs, SOPs, policies, job aids, and process maps.
• Lead the design and management of revenue cycle training curricula and learning paths.
• Serve as the primary content advisor for RCMS initiatives and client engagements.
