Impact Advisors, LLC is a nationally recognized healthcare management consulting firm delivering Best in KLAS advisory, implementation, and optimization services. The Manager, Content Management leads strategy, development, governance, and maintenance of RCMS content across client engagements.

The role oversees SRGs, SOPs, policies, job aids, curricula, and knowledge repositories, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and alignment with regulatory guidelines and best practices.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle operations, healthcare operations, training, content management, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of leadership, team management, or project leadership experience.
• Proven ability developing operational documentation, SOPs, process guides, job aids, and training materials.

Responsabilidades

• Develop RCMS content strategy and governance across engagements.
• Create SOPs, SRGs, policies, and training materials.
• Lead content team and manage development schedules.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to capture requirements.
• Ensure documentation reflects regulatory and operational changes.
