Job summary

The role requires translating business needs into actionable insights, supervising three direct reports, and expanding transparency with BI tools like Power BI and Tableau, including AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, data analytics or accounting.
• 5 years of healthcare financial management experience with revenue cycle operations; progressive supervisory/management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle, payer contracts and applicable rules affecting reimbursement for healthcare services.
