Job summary

R1 RCM Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Revenue Cycle Analytics & Strategic Performance to lead a high-performing analytics team and influence executive decisions shaping financial outcomes and the patient experience.

You will architect enterprise analytics strategies, design dashboards and KPI frameworks, mentor analysts, and partner with Finance, IT, Clinical Operations, and Compliance to improve throughput, cash flow, and compliance across the revenue cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare analytics, revenue cycle strategy, or financial operations.
• Proven success leading analytics teams in complex, matrixed healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute enterprise-wide analytics strategies to optimize revenue cycle performance.
• Lead the design of dashboards, reporting, and KPI frameworks that inform strategic decisions.
• Identify systemic inefficiencies and develop data-backed solutions to improve throughput, cash flow, and compliance.
