Job summary

UF Health is seeking a Director, RCM Reporting & Analytics to lead enterprise-wide analytics for revenue cycle management. You will guide a team of analysts, writers, and developers to deliver actionable insights that drive performance across patient access, coding, billing, collections, and denials management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health informatics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Health Administration, or a related field required.
• Master's degree (MHA, MBA, MS in Data Analytics or related field) preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in healthcare data analytics, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or management role within a revenue cycle environment.
• Epic certification in one or more revenue cycle reporting modules (Clarity, Cogito) strongly preferred.
• Microsoft Power BI certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-wide leadership for the Revenue Cycle Management reporting and analytics function across UF Health.
• Lead a team of analysts, report writers, and developers.
• Translate complex data into clear, concise, and meaningful intelligence for leadership to support organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups including senior RCM, Finance, Managed Care, and Compliance.
