Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare AR or revenue cycle analytics.
• Strong understanding of AR aging, denial workflows, and reimbursement concepts.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Inquisitive and open to AI to improve processes and patient/client experiences.
• This is a remote position; travel to client sites or corporate offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own analysis and oversight of AR populations including payer follow-up and aging balances.
• Develop and maintain AR dashboards and reporting across aging, payer groups, and denial categories.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual touches through automation and workflow redesign.
• Collaborate with AR operations, analytics, automation, and client leadership.
