Job summary

Reddit is seeking a highly technical Senior Business Analyst for the Revenue Strategy & Analytics team. The role focuses on building scalable analytics tooling and data infrastructure, leveraging BigQuery and SQL to manage ETL workflows and dashboards.

You will translate complex data into business impact, supporting the GTM strategy across multiple stakeholder groups. Location is remote within the United States, with preferred proximity to NYC, Chicago, SF, or LA offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 4+ years in sales operations, business operations, consulting, or related roles.
• 3+ years with SQL and relational databases.
• 3+ years developing dashboards in Looker or similar.
• Experience with large-scale data processing; BigQuery a plus.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding and development tools for analytics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and GTM Strategy to shape analytics for revenue strategy.
• Build and govern semantic models and contextual business logic for dashboards and AI tools.
• Translate insights into actions to drive growth and performance.
• Drive on-time delivery of insights and automate recurring reporting.
• Partner with Data Science and Salesforce to manage revenue data foundations and ETL pipelines in BigQuery.
