US Acute Care Solutions in the United States (remote) seeks a Revenue Analytics Finance Manager to deliver timely insights into revenue performance, build financial models, and support close processes for leadership.

You will partner with finance, payor contracting, and revenue cycle teams, developing actionable analyses, improving models, and preparing materials for budget cycles. 4–6 years in analytics and advanced Excel, Power BI skills required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, Economics, Informatics or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of reporting, analytics, and business operations in healthcare advisable.
• Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot) plus Word and PowerPoint.
• Data modeling and dimensional data sources; Power BI/DAX a plus.
• SQL querying ability; automation experience (Python, Power Automate) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner on financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc analyses.
• Establish monthly revenue recognition results and support close processes.
• Improve revenue recognition processes and automate recurring tasks.
• Analyze payer contracts and AR schedules for in-network and out-of-network models.
• Provide deep-dive analyses and prepare leadership-facing materials.
• Support annual budget cycles and collaborate with business units on reporting needs.
