Grafana Labs is seeking an experienced Revenue Accounting Manager to join our Finance Team. You will own ASC 606 revenue recognition for SaaS contracts, drive month-end close, and partner with RevOps, Deal Desk, Billing, Legal, and Audit to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate has deep ASC 606 expertise, hands-on NetSuite ARM experience, and a track record building scalable revenue processes in a remote, global environment. This is an individual contributor role with RSU equity.

Formación

• 6+ years of revenue accounting experience in SaaS/tech or Big 4.
• Deep ASC 606 knowledge, incl. consumption-based revenue.
• Experience with revenue automation tools and ERP/CRM systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with cross-functional impact.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure ASC 606 is properly applied to contracts (subscription, usage-based, committed spend).
• Review non-standard terms and prepare audit-ready technical analyses.
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline revenue processes.
• Handle month-end close activities for revenue (journal entries, reconciliations).
• Translate ASC 606 conclusions into NetSuite ARM configurations and enhance automation.
• Support financial reporting with audit-ready schedules.
• Collaborate withSales, Legal, DealOps and Billing to resolve revenue-impacting terms.
• Assist with revenue implications of new products and pricing models.
• Design and test SOX-compliant internal controls over revenue.
• Coordinate with external auditors for quarterly/annual reviews.
• Use SQL, Python, and advanced Excel to analyze large data sets and surface trends.
