Grafana Labs is seeking a Revenue Accounting Manager to join our Finance Team. You will ensure accurate revenue recognition under ASC 606 for subscription, usage-based, and committed-spend arrangements, while driving month-end close excellence and building scalable, automated revenue processes.

You will collaborate with Sales, Legal, DealOps, Billing, and Audit teams, translate ASC 606 conclusions into system configurations, and assist with new product pricing changes and policy setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred.
• 6+ years of progressive revenue accounting experience in SaaS/tech or Big 4.
• Deep knowledge of ASC 606 including usage- or consumption-based models.
• Experience with revenue automation tools and ERP/CRM systems (NetSuite ARM, Salesforce).

Responsabilidades

• Apply ASC 606 to customer contracts including subscription and usage-based arrangements.
• Prepare technical accounting analyses and documentation.
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline revenue processes.
• Execute month-end close activities for revenue and related analyses.
• Configure systems (NetSuite ARM) for revenue automation and accuracy.
• Support external auditors with audit-ready schedules.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, DealOps and Billing on deal structures.
