Paradigm is seeking a Return-to-Work Coordinator for a fully remote role with standard business hours. You will connect injured workers with Transitional Duty opportunities, build relationships with nonprofit partners, and support a positive experience for all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree required.
• Must be comfortable with heavy phone work.
• Customer service experience required.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel).
• Critical thinking and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with nonprofit organizations to create a network of Transitional Duty placement sites.
• Identify suitable assignments with partner organizations matching workers' abilities and skills.
• Coordinate placements, draft offer letters, and set up time-tracking processes.
• Maintain internal database of nonprofit transitional work sites.
• Communicate challenges to optimize the placement process with team members.
• Document time and case activities in the case management software.
• Comply with Paradigm information security policies and incident reporting procedures.
• Manage administrative tasks and ensure smooth volunteer experiences.
