Job summary

Precise Systems is seeking a Retrofit IPT Program Analyst to support the MQ-4C Triton program at Patuxent River, Maryland. The role involves coordinating retrofit activities across multiple IPTs, planning schedules, and ensuring timely software/hardware upgrades to unmanned aircraft, ground segments, and support equipment.

Candidates should have an MA/MS degree or equivalent, 10+ years in program analysis, and strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Must have MA/MS Degree (or higher) or substitutions as described.
• Ten+ years of experience in program analysis or related field.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and work across IPTs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate retrofit activities with stakeholders.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute retrofit schedules for Triton enterprise.
• Analyze program management, acquisition, and financial aspects.
• Support documentation, change control, and data management.
