Job summary

KBR, Inc. seeks a highly qualified MQ-4C Triton Pilot to support VX-20 test activities at NAS Patuxent River, MD. You will join a team providing flight test expertise across government and industry, coordinating with ITT and other stakeholders.

The role requires extensive flight test experience, MQ-4/RQ-4 qualifications, and the ability to plan, execute, and report on complex test campaigns.

Qualifications

• Education: graduate of USNTPS/USAFTPS/Empire Test Pilot School or 2,000 hours PC/PIC in manned aircraft or 500 hours unmanned aircraft.
• 5+ years of test & evaluation or operational military aviation experience; ability to direct test aircraft operations planning, scheduling, execution, and reporting.
• Must maintain FAA Class II medical certificate and be MQ-4/RQ-4 qualified.
• DoD Top Secret Clearance or ability to obtain; US Citizenship; eligible for TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Pilot and operate the MQ-4C Triton during developmental flight test events.
• Develop test plans, test cards, and mission requirements.
• Conduct mission planning, flight operations, and post-mission debriefs.
• Analyze test data and prepare technical reports, presentations, and recommendations.
• Coordinate with ITT, program offices, aircrew, engineers, and fleet representatives.
