Responsibilities

• Translate business, operational, and compliance needs into clear, testable requirements.
• Lead detailed requirement elaboration, including business rules, validations, data requirements, and edge cases.
• Provide dependency/impact assessment across systems, vendors, ops, and compliance.
• Run structured requirement intake with stakeholders.
• Ensure stakeholders agree on rule interpretations and exception handling.
• Coordinate rule clarity across pods when workflows intersect.
• Flag upstream/downstream impacts of proposed changes.
• Define measurable operational indicators to support OKRs.
• Establish data needs, sources and ongoing measurement.
• Participate in discovery sessions to capture business rules and workflows.
• Contribute to current-state process maps and pain-point identification.
• Highlight must-do items driven by regulatory or operational risk.
• Maintain decision/Q&A logs and ensure artifacts live in source-of-truth.
