Five Star Solutions is seeking motivated associates to support retirement plan participants with distribution and account inquiries in a fully remote role available to residents in selected states. If you have a background in finance or retirement services and enjoy delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.

This position emphasizes customer focus, accurate data handling in Salesforce and Microsoft Office, and teamwork.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years of age and pass background checks as required by law.
• 1 year of previous customer service, call center, or office experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working with billing and account information.
• Attention to detail and professional, empathetic customer approach.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and document accurately.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality; able to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to cross-train on other accounts.

Aufgaben

• Handle inbound participant calls, emails, and voicemails with professionalism and accuracy.
• Resolve client issues and inquiries regarding benefit programs and procedures.
• Respond to inquiries related to retirement benefit payments in a fast-paced center.
• Participate in training sessions and escalate issues to supervisors when needed.
• Use multiple applications (Amplify, Word, Excel, Salesforce) to manage inquiries and transactions.
• Document all cases thoroughly in Salesforce case management.
• Promote online reviews when appropriate and create Salesforce tickets for checks and related requests.
• Assist with filing, records maintenance, and document imaging; learn company operations.
