Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking motivated associates to support retirement plan participants with distribution and account inquiries in a remote role. You will handle a variety of client questions in a fast-paced call center environment, using Salesforce and Microsoft Office to document cases.

Applicants with 1 year of customer service or call center experience are encouraged to apply. Paid training is provided, with a nightly differential of $1/hour for certain shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of customer service, call center, or office experience preferred.
• Comfortable handling billing and account information.
• Able to navigate multiple computer systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries related to retirement benefit payments in a fast-paced service center.
• Conduct web-based trainings for clients as needed.
• Escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
• Document all cases in Salesforce case management accurately and thoroughly.
• Promote online reviews when appropriate.
• Create Salesforce tickets for check copies, 1099-Rs, and related requests.
• Support filing, record maintenance, and document imaging.
• Develop understanding of company operations and client needs.
• Participate in scheduled and ad hoc training to enhance knowledge.
• Provide back-up support for participants/account holders.
