Job summary

Five Star Solutions is hiring remote associates to support retirement plan participants with distribution and account inquiries. The role requires customer-focused service in a fast-paced environment, with cross-training across accounts and strong proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office.

Candidates should have 1 year of customer service or call center experience; training will be provided. This is a full-time remote role nationwide with equipment requirements and a nightly/weekend shift

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service, call center, or office experience preferred
• Cross-training on other accounts
• Respond to inquiries related to retirement benefit payments in a fast-paced service center
• Conduct web-based training sessions for clients as needed
• Escalate client issues to supervisors when necessary
• Use multiple applications (Amplify, Word, Excel, Salesforce) to manage inquiries and transactions
• Document all cases thoroughly in Salesforce case management
• Promote online reviews when appropriate
• Create Salesforce tickets for check copies, 1099-Rs, and related requests
• Assist with filing, record maintenance, and document imaging
• Develop understanding of company operations and client needs
• Participate in scheduled and ad hoc training to enhance skills
• Provide back-up support for participants/account holders
• Strong customer service skills with professionalism and empathy
• Clear, concise telephone and written communication
• De-escalate challenging calls while instilling confidence
• Navigate between proprietary and commercial systems for benefit data
• Detail-oriented case documentation
• Identify process improvements
• Proficiency in Salesforce or CRM and Microsoft Office
