Job summary

The Olson Group in Omaha, NE is seeking a Retirement Plan Manager to lead day-to-day retirement plan administration for 401(k), 403(b), 401(a), 457(b), and 414(h) plans. The role blends client service, operations, and regulatory oversight to deliver reliable retirement solutions.

You will serve as the primary contact for retirement plan and wealth clients, coordinate meetings, educate participants on planning options, and partner with vendors and advisors to ensure compliant, high-quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retirement plan management or related field.
• Series 6 or Series 7 license and Series 63/65/66 licensing.
• Strong knowledge of 401(k), 403(b), 401(a), 457(b), and 414(h).
• Experience using CRM platforms, with Salesforce experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day administration and service delivery for retirement plans.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for retirement plan and wealth clients.
• Coordinate client meetings, reviews, and ongoing service activities.
• Deliver participant education sessions on retirement planning and options.
• Ensure plans remain compliant with regulations through coordination with vendors and internal teams.
• Monitor key operational and client service metrics to improve processes.
• Partner with advisors and internal teams to ensure high-quality client outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen retirement service offerings.
