Job summary

Patriot Growth Insurance Services’ Olson Group in Omaha, NE, is seeking a Retirement Plan Manager to lead day-to-day retirement plan administration and deliver exceptional client service remotely.

You will oversee plan operations for 401(k), 403(b), 401(a), 457(b), and 414(h), coordinate meetings, educate participants, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements across retirement and wealth offerings.

Qualifications

• Day One: 5+ years of experience in retirement plan management, retirement services, or a related field.
• Active Nebraska Life & Health Insurance License.
• Series 6 or Series 7 license and Series 63, 65, or 66 licensing.
• Strong knowledge of retirement plans, including 401(k), 403(b), 401(a), 457(b), and 414(h).
• Experience using CRM platforms, with Salesforce experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day administration and service delivery for retirement plans.
• Serve as the primary contact for retirement plan and wealth clients.
• Coordinate client meetings, reviews, and ongoing service activities with CRM records.
• Deliver participant education sessions on retirement planning and options.
• Ensure plans remain compliant with applicable regulations through coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor operational and client service metrics and use insights to improve processes.
