Empower LLC is seeking a Retirement Plan Advisor to deliver retirement planning services to public employees in the Framingham, MA area. The role involves conducting Retirement Readiness Reviews, both virtually and on-site, and building strategic partnerships with local stakeholders.

The candidate will manage meetings, document interactions in Salesforce, and work toward regional targets. A bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in financial services are required, with FINRA registrations preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years in financial services.
• FINRA Series 6/63/65 registrations or willingness to obtain within established timeline.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct retirement readiness reviews and group/one-on-one presentations.
• Develop partnerships with stakeholders within the territory.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate travel as needed.
• Document interactions in Salesforce to ensure regulatory compliance.
