Apex Systems is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to support participants in retirement plans. The role involves SME-level guidance on operations products, systems, and processes, with a focus on day-to-day client care and collaborative problem-solving.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, processing requests per regulatory rules, and serving as a product resource for internal departments.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as day-to-day client contact for participants, providing guidance on retirement provisions and ensuring client needs are met.
• Work with Retirement team on more complex problem resolution.
• Research and gather information to respond to inquiries from customers or advisor requests.
• Process service requests and system transactions according to business rules and regulatory requirements.
