Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and proactive problem solving.
• Skills in customer service, organization and collaboration.
• Adequate math and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in business/finance or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to obtain information to prepare annual reporting.
• Review documents submitted by clients for completeness and accuracy.
• Reconcile plans with rollovers and plan stock using Excel and administration software.
• Utilize software to complete 401(k) testing and reporting.
• Make outgoing reminder calls and send emails to clients during plan year reporting.
• Prepare required 401(k) government filings, including IRS Form 5500, using filing software.
• Educate clients regarding administration of their 401(k) plan.
