The role requires accuracy, initiative, and the ability to manage high volumes in a home-based environment. You will review, research, and process routine retirement transactions—enrollments, contributions, distributions, and corrections—while ensuring timely processing in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retirement services experience within the last 12 months.
• Experience with employer-funded plans (401(k), 403(b), 457).
• Proficient in Excel and SSNC/Smartdesk Track.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Review, research, and process routine retirement plan transactions.
• Process enrollments, contributions, distributions, and corrections accurately.
• Monitor work queues to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain confidentiality of participant and plan sponsor data.
• Provide routine technical retirement plan information to stakeholders.
• Escalate issues to senior team members as appropriate.
• Support process improvements and enterprise initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
