Job summary

A leading financial institution seeks a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide guidance to plan sponsors and employees on retirement savings plans. Responsibilities include conducting presentations, participating in benefit fairs, and assisting with education campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, preferred Bachelor's degree, and must demonstrate excellent presentation skills. Remote position with up to 25% travel required. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Must have excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to improve awareness of plan features.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Assist Relationship Manager with targeted education campaigns.
• Meet with participants to educate on plan participation.
• Possible travel required for new plan enrollments.
