Job summary

Definiti LLC is seeking a Recordkeeping Account Manager to serve as the primary client contact for about 140 daily recordkeeping plans in a remote-first setup. You will develop strong client relationships, coordinate reports, and address issues to maintain high satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in retirement plans, 2+ years in client service, and familiarity with Defined Contribution processes, plus FIS/Relius experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the retirement plan industry.
• 2+ years of client service experience.
• Defined Contribution experience required.
• Experience with FIS / Relius software required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned recordkeeping plans.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure overall client satisfaction and effective communications.
• Research and resolve issues on daily recordkeeping plans.
• Support Retirement Plan Consultants with audits.
• Coordinate meetings to assist with client inquiries.
• Provide web training to Plan Sponsors and Advisors.
• Coordinate reporting delivery for clients.
• Manage involuntary cash outs, loan defaults, and distributions.
• Facilitate plan implementations and deconversions.
