Definiti is seeking a Recordkeeping Account Manager to serve as the primary client contact for about 140 daily recordkeeping plans in a high-touch remote environment. You will manage relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and resolve issues while supporting plan audits and sponsor trainings.

The role requires 3+ years in retirement plans, DC experience, and strong communication skills, with MS Office proficiency and a comfort with remote collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in retirement plan industry and client service required.
• Proficient with MS Office and remote collaboration tools.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned recordkeeping plans.
• Manage and develop relationships with clients.
• Ensure overall client satisfaction and communications.
• Research and resolve issues on daily recordkeeping plans.
• Provide audit support to Retirement Plan Consultants.
• Coordinate meetings and client inquiries.
• Provide web training to Plan Sponsors and Advisors.
• Coordinate reporting and plan cash flow events.
• Coordinate plan implementations and deconversions.
