Zusammenfassung

Transamerica is expanding its team and recruiting FINRA licensed advisors for fully remote roles. The Retirement Plan Specialist will work with warm leads, build client relationships, and guide clients through retirement product options from home.

Candidates must hold required FINRA licenses or obtain them within a defined period, with potential for base salary plus bonuses. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a focus on work-life balance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a business field or equivalent professional experience.
• FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65, or Series 7 and 66.
• Life and Health insurance licenses as required by state, or obtain within 60 days.
• One year of experience in financial services.
• Basic knowledge of financial products related to the specialty area.
• Customer service, interpersonal and listening skills to communicate effectively.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to select and recommend products.
• Written/verbal communication and presentation skills for multiple channels.
• Proficiency using MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Learn all products in the assigned specialty area.
• Explain product options for routine inquiries and make recommendations.
• Identify multi-product needs and connect customers to other specialists.
• Work with relationship managers to initiate product requests.
