Responsibilities

• Conduct group retirement education and enrollment meetings.
• Provide one-on-one guidance on plan features and options.
• Assist employees with enrollment and participation.
• Build relationships with plan sponsors, HR and advisors.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers on education strategies.
• Deliver virtual and in-person presentations and workshops.
• Travel regionally for client meetings.
• Maintain CRM records of meetings and follow-ups.
