Job summary

My Secure Advantage is seeking a Money Coach – Retirement Specialist to coach members remotely on retirement planning and investments. You will conduct pre-scheduled one-on-one sessions, explain options clearly, and help members build lasting healthy financial habits, while supporting sponsor value.

Required are 5+ years in consumer finance or tax work, a 4-year degree (or equivalent), and strong communication skills; CFP/AFC/ChFC or comparable certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consumer finance or tax work (mortgages, insurance, planning, investments).
• 4-year degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of helping clients engage in value-added services and solutions.
• Strong listening, motivational, and communication skills.
• High comfort with computers, software, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one retirement and investment coaching.
• Educate on retirement plan options and investment strategies.
• Cover related areas such as tax planning, estate planning, insurance, and college planning.
• Maintain accurate session notes and manage a fast-paced schedule.
• Foster ongoing coaching relationships with members.
