Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consumer finance or tax work
• Strong listening, motivational, and communication skills
• Openness to continuous development and helping people in need
• Bilingual (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one coaching focusing on retirement planning and plan options
• Provide investment education and tax planning guidance
• Cover related areas such as estate planning, insurance, and college planning
• Maintain detailed notes and manage a fast-paced appointment schedule
