My Secure Advantage, Inc. is seeking a Retirement Coach – Financial Advisor who will provide one-on-one coaching to members nationwide on retirement planning, investment options, and related financial topics.

Coaches schedule pre-arranged sessions, assess options, and guide members toward healthier financial habits for lasting sponsor value. The role emphasizes clear explanations, behavior change, and ongoing engagement with members, while staying current on retirement and tax rules and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consumer finance or tax work such as mortgages, insurance, college planning, financial aid, investments, retirement planning, estate planning, or tax structuring and planning
• 4-year degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience
• Proven track record of helping clients engage in value-added services and solutions
• Strong listening, motivational, and communication skills
• High comfort with computers, software, and technology
• Openness to a culture of continuous development and a passion for helping people in need
• CFP, AFC, ChFC, or comparable certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Retirement and Investment Coaching: deliver one-on-one coaching with a focus on retirement planning and plan options
• Related areas such as tax planning, estate planning, insurance, and college planning
• Behavior Change and Ongoing Engagement: motivate members to build healthier financial habits
• Show value of ongoing coaching relationship for sponsor ROI
• Explain financial concepts in plain language
• Research and Problem-Solving: develop practical, creative strategies for complex situations
• Stay current on retirement, investment, and tax rules affecting members
• Documentation and Quality: take detailed notes and manage a fast-paced schedule with privacy standards
