Job summary

Empower is seeking a Retirement Strategy Consultant to provide personalized retirement, investment, and financial wellness guidance to workplace participants. You will guide participants through managed accounts and help drive positive outcomes while delivering a world-class participant experience.

This role supports a Monday–Friday schedule aligned to ET/CT/MT/PT times, is remote-friendly, and requires FINRA licenses along with a bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in financial services, retirement planning, or advisory environments.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 required within corporate-established timelines.
• FINRA fingerprinting required.
• Openness to coaching and feedback.
• Self-motivated with collaborative remote work ability.
• Excellent communication and planning skills for customer-focused solutions.
• High-performance, results-oriented with accountability for assets under management.

Responsibilities

• Engage participants through consultative advice and financial wellness conversations to understand needs and goals.
• Provide retirement planning across managed accounts, savings strategies, and retirement income objectives.
• Manage high-volume inbound queues, scheduled appointments, and outbound outreach while meeting SLAs.
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships, retain assets, and connect participants with partner teams.
• Meet monthly performance expectations and contribute to positive outcomes.
