Five Star Solutions is seeking motivated associates to assist retirement plan participants with distribution and account inquiries. This remote role targets candidates nationwide and emphasizes exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal applicants bring 1 year of customer service or call center experience, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

Formación

• 1 year of customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Experience handling billing and account information.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems.
• Professional and empathetic approach to customer concerns.
• Willingness to cross-train on other accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inquiries related to retirement benefit payment issues in a fast-paced service center.
• Conduct web-based training sessions for clients as needed.
• Escalate client issues to supervisors when necessary.
• Utilize multiple applications (Amplify, Salesforce, Excel, Word) to manage inquiries.
• Document all cases in Salesforce case management.
• Create Salesforce tickets for check copies and 1099-Rs.
• Assist with filing, record maintenance, and document imaging.
• Participate in scheduled and ad hoc training sessions to enhance knowledge.
• Provide back-up support for participants and account holders.
