Job summary

Five Star Solutions seeks motivated associates to support retirement plan participants with distribution and account inquiries in a remote, customer-focused role. You’ll handle inquiries, document cases in Salesforce, and work across multiple systems while providing accurate information and empathetic service.

The position is full-time, offers paid training, and a nightly shift differential of $1 per hour for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
• Comfortable handling billing and account information.
• Able to navigate multiple computer systems including Salesforce.
• Strong written and verbal communication with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries related to retirement benefit payments in a fast-paced service center.
• Document cases in Salesforce accurately and thoroughly.
• Create Salesforce tickets for check copies, 1099-Rs, and related requests.
• Provide back-up support for participants/account holders.
• Develop understanding of client needs and company operations.
• Attend scheduled and ad hoc training sessions.
