Job summary

Midco is seeking a retention-oriented sales/services specialist to handle inbound calls from residential customers regarding disconnects, service changes, and pricing inquiries. You will also perform proactive outbound retention calls to retain customers and upsell Midco products.

The role requires 1+ year of sales or service experience, a High School diploma (associates/bachelors preferred), and solid MS Office knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales/retention or service experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from residential customers to disconnect, add or modify services, or inquire about pricing.
• Conduct outbound retention calls to build customer loyalty and upsell.
• Record transactions for installs, service changes, repairs and other requests.
• Collaborate with Sales and Service teams to ensure a superior customer experience.
• Address billing questions and resolve complex issues to protect customer relationships.
