ADT Security Services is seeking a Remote Customer Service/Sales Retention Specialist. You will handle high-volume calls to retain customers, upsell where appropriate, and provide an award-winning experience that reduces escalations.

Training starts onsite in Wichita, KS, then transitions to remote work after graduation. The role requires 2+ years in sales or call center experience, strong negotiation and de-escalation skills, and a commitment to customer success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a sales role where you sold or saved customers.
• 2+ years of Call Center Customer Service / Sales Experience.
• High school diploma, GED, college degree or some college experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of calls to retain customers and prevent cancellations.
• Sell/upsell by highlighting ADT value and offering alternatives.
• Demonstrate empathy, de-escalation, and professional communication during interactions.
• Analyze customer needs and negotiate the right solution to save the account.
• Use multiple tools (10+) to navigate accounts and execute retention offers.
