Initially onsite in Irving, TX for training, the position becomes fully remote after graduation. Training days are intensive with a focus on product knowledge, negotiation, and delivering an award-winning customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a sales role focused on saving or retaining customers.
• Ability to interpret contracts and communicate terms clearly.
• Strong communication and empathy to handle escalations.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume calls from customers requesting to cancel and identify retention opportunities.
• Upsell and re-sell ADT value while resolving customer concerns.
• De-escalate emotional calls and negotiate suitable solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer experience to build long-term loyalty.
• Work with multiple tools to retain customers and drive sales.
