AG1 is seeking a detail-oriented Retention & Loyalty Analyst (6-month contract) to support loyalty programs. You will manage A/B tests, monitor performance, and collaborate with Data Science and program owners to deliver sharp reporting and actionable insights.

The role requires independent cadence for analytics and reporting, with the ability to provide forward-looking recommendations and cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in marketing analytics.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; experience with recurring scorecards or dashboards.
• Solid understanding of A/B testing principles and statistical significance.

Responsabilités

• Manage A/B testing across loyalty and retention initiatives including winback and churn-prevention experiments.
• Monitor performance across loyalty and retention programs; flag trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop KPI tracking, scorecards, and recurring reports for loyalty and churn metrics.
