The recruiter will source, interview, and onboard Inventory & Reset associates across designated geographies, partnering with operations and leadership to deliver qualified candidates efficiently. The role emphasizes a strong candidate experience, compliance with labor laws, and effective use of social media and ATS tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Experience with social networking and LinkedIn network.
• Familiarity with ATS systems (ICIMS preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with sourcing passive candidates.
• Knowledge of federal employment and labor laws related to recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and onboard Inventory & Reset associates in designated geographies.
• Deliver quality candidates in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at all levels.
