WIS International is seeking a Retail Hourly Recruiter for a remote, part-time role. Starting wage is $18.00–$20.00 per hour with flexible scheduling, and paid training.

The recruiter will source, screen, hire, and onboard Inventory & Reset associates across designated geographies, partnering with operations and leadership to deliver quality candidates cost-effectively. The role requires at least 1 year in recruitment, strong communication, and familiarity with ATS tools like ICIMS, plus

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Experience in social networking with an established LinkedIn network; knowledge of Social Media marketing as they apply to recruiting.
• Prior hands-on knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably ICIMS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with various sourcing techniques and recruitment of passive candidates.
• Knowledge of federal employment and labor laws related to recruiting.
• Ability to interact with all levels of company employees in a confidential and discreet manner.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and other recruitment applications/software.

Responsabilités

• The Retail Hourly Recruiter will be responsible for successfully recruiting, hiring and onboarding new Inventory & Reset associates in designated geographies.
• In partnership with operations, Regional Talent Managers, Business Partners, and Leadership, the hourly recruiter will be accountable for delivering quality candidates in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• The Recruiter is responsible for ensuring a positive and professional Candidate experience at all levels of the recruitment process.
