DÔEN is seeking a Sales Supervisor for our Dallas location. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, leading the sales floor, and supporting the Store Manager in daily operations. The environment emphasizes inclusivity and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a fashion retail environment.
• Luxury retail preferred
• Technological competency; experience with NetSuite, Shopify and Gladly desired
• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Demonstrate extraordinary service by leading by example on the sales floor
• Greet customers in a timely, professional, and engaging manner
• Provide styling advice based on brand aesthetic and product knowledge
• Drive business by responding to customers’ needs and building client relationships
• Meet and exceed sales and productivity goals as an individual and as part of the store team
• Partner with Store Manager in overseeing inventory management and daily product movement
• Lead and execute inventory verification processes
• Maintain organization of backstock and store supplies
