Job summary

UNFI is seeking a Retail Merchandising Sales Rep to drive sales and deliver high-quality merchandising services at Fort Mill, SC locations. You will order products, stock shelves, execute resets, and support continuity programs while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires strong communication, planogram proficiency, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Travel within the assigned area is expected as needed.

Responsibilities

• Influence customer orders by identifying sales opportunities and recommending item discontinuations. Place orders, merchandise products, hang shelf tags, and set promotional materials.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers and merchandising projects. Execute plans during visits and provide feedback to UNFI stakeholders.
• Rotate stock, remove out-of-code items, and process returns/credits per policy.
• Regularly communicates with UNFI personnel on competitor activity and sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with supervisors to develop action plans and ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
