Job summary

FGF Brands is seeking an experienced Retail Media Manager to lead commerce media across key retailers in the US and Canada. You will shape media strategy, manage budgets, and partner with creative and sales teams to drive household reach and sales growth.

The role emphasizes retailer partnerships, measurement, and test design to demonstrate incremental ROI, with a remote setup and occasional in-person meetings in Toronto.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CPG experience, ideally as a Brand Manager or eCommerce Sales Manager.
• Commercial mindset with P&Ls, trade and how media drives sales and growth.
• Experience with retail media networks such as Walmart Connect, Kroger Precision Marketing, Loblaw Advance and Instacart Ads.
• Fluency with CPA, HHP and incrementality, or a plan to master them quickly.
• Experience leading agencies or external partners and holding them accountable to outcomes.
• Travel ~15% within USA/Canada; remote role with occasional Toronto visits.

Responsibilities

• Set the long-term vision for commerce media across major retailers and connect to brand growth.
• Build annual and quarterly media strategies aligning brand objectives with customer plans.
• Shape the broader media roadmap including planning, buying and measurement.
• Lead conversations with retail media networks and build joint business plans.
• Partner with creative and media agencies to align on a single, cohesive plan.
• Own the media measurement framework and drive data-driven decisions.
• Design and run incrementality tests to prove incremental impact.
• Communicate findings to senior leadership and reallocate spend accordingly.
