Job summary

FGF Brands is seeking an experienced Retail Media Manager to lead commerce media across our portfolio in the US and Canada. You’ll work with our creative agency, Sales, Brand and Shopper Marketing teams to improve media efficiency, expand household reach, and demonstrate impact on sales.

The role focuses on commerce media now, with scope to shape broader media strategy as the business grows, including senior leadership discussions and partner management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CPG experience in brand/ecommerce roles.
• Understanding of P&Ls, trade, and how media drives growth.
• Experience with retail media networks (Walmart Connect, Kroger, Instacart, etc.).
• Familiarity with CPA, HHP and incrementality metrics.
• Experience leading agencies/external partners and driving outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Set long-term vision for commerce media across major retailers.
• Build annual and quarterly media strategies aligned to brand growth.
• Shape media roadmap: planning, buying, and measurement.
• Lead conversations with retail media networks and negotiate terms.
• Manage budget to optimize CPA and reach new households.
