Ladders is seeking a Manager, Retail Inventory Operations to lead inventory management across store and omni-channel environments. You will focus on product availability, receiving, returns, and accuracy, partnering with Transportation, Supply Chain, Loss Prevention, Finance and IT to improve performance and customer experience.

This role is remote for US-based candidates and requires cross-functional leadership, process design, analytics, and execution to reduce shrink and strengthen operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in workforce management or retail operations analytics.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical and financial acumen.
• Proven ability to present to executive leadership and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong collaboration skills with experience working across diverse teams, including Finance and IT.
• Working knowledge of retail processes with a focus on operational improvements.
• Experience leading teams or projects, with a focus on coaching and execution.

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Retail Inventory Operations to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space.

This role will guide inventory operations across store and omni-channel environments, with a strong focus on product availability, receiving, returns, and inventory accuracy. The manager will partner closely with Transportation, Supply Chain, Loss Prevention, Finance, and IT to improve operational performance and support a seamless customer experience. It is a highly cross‑functional position that blends process design, analytics, compliance, and team leadership to reduce shrink and strengthen execution.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $101,300 – $165,000 annually
