Job summary

Ace Hardware Corporation is seeking an experienced Retail Development Project Manager to lead expansion, relocation, renovation, and new store development across MO/AR. You will guide independent Ace retailers, align cross-functional teams, and drive strategic investments through all project phases.

Responsibilities include advising retailers, developing project scopes, negotiating opportunities, and ensuring timely execution while managing budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. in business or construction or commensurate experience.
• Capital project selling experience.
• 3+ years in project management, retail operations, store development, construction management, business consulting, account management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact and trusted advisor for retailers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Consult, develop, and close retail project opportunities using consultative selling skills.
• Plan and develop scope for expansion, relocation, renovation, conversion and new ground up stores.
• Coordinate with district managers and cross-functional partners to align resources and achieve project outcomes.
• Track and update project progress using corporate project management tools and update retailers on status.
