Tablespoon LLC, a leading Sage Intacct partner in the restaurant and hospitality sector, seeks a Senior Consultant and Project Lead. You will manage end-to-end deployments, advise CFOs on finance system design, and guide a team to deliver high-impact outcomes.

You will work remotely from across the U.S., interfacing with clients at the executive level and helping them optimize close processes and reporting. This role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years of Sage Intacct implementation and consulting experience.
• Expertise in Sage Intacct functionality and design principles.
• Experience designing Chart of Accounts, dimension structures, and reporting frameworks.
• Executive presence and communication skills for CFO/Controller level conversations.

Aufgaben

• Lead Sage Intacct implementations for multi-unit restaurant and hospitality clients from discovery to go-live and post-launch.
• Serve as trusted advisor to CFOs, Controllers, and finance leaders, translating goals into financial system design.
• Own client communication, scope management, and proactive escalation during delivery.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal methodology and knowledge sharing.
